Monday- PT Day: Cadets bring in PT shirt, PT shorts, and running shoes for various physical activities.

Tuesday- Uniform Day: Cadets wear Navy Service Uniform or Service Dress Blue Uniform all day for inspection.

Wednesday- Academics Day: Cadets split up by Naval Science Level with their respective instructor for lecture session on leadership, naval history, and current events.

​

Thursday- Drill Day: Cadets form up for platoon level drill with and without rifles to learn the basis of military drill.

​

Friday- Activity Day: Cadets participate in team building games and sports that facilitate pride in their unit, comradery, and friendly competition.
